The focus of life is not to be what other think you should be, but is to pursue what you want in life and figure out who you are. This is just me trying to find out what my life is and where it will take me.

reality.
Things have really been coming into perspective lately with having to decide what school I want to go to for university, and trying to figure out those boy troubles that every girl my age has. It's weird to think that my life will be so different this time next year, because my life is going to change so much when I leave the nest and go out on my own. I'm trying to cope with the way I feel lately and I've decided that I want to start a new series called "Confessions." Every photo that I take for the series will be a confession, whether it be about something serious, lighthearted or meaningful. I want to be able to express myself through my photography more, and stop with the pretty pictures to just get down to the nitty gritty emotion behind my art.

we found each other in the dark.
A small outtake, only three photos, but enough to show you what I was trying to accomplish with shooting in the dark. I definitely need to take more candle photos, or fire photos in the future. I'll try not to light myself on fire though.
